This purchase entitles you to try one Tower Apparatus Pilates class before deciding whether to continue.
ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT upminstersportsmassage@gmail.com, STATING WHAT DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND. This TeamUp booking system is used simply to accept the payment and will by default book you into dates for the whole year, THEREFORE PLEASE DO NOT SELECT YOUR DATE ON THIS SYSTEM AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. WE WILL MANUALLY BOOK YOU INTO YOUR CLASS VIA THE OTHER SYSTEM WE USE FOR CLASSES, ON YOUR REQUIRED DATE. Please allow 2 working days for us to book you into your class. Your class must take place within 14 days of purchase (excluding our closure dates which can be found here http://www.upminstersportsmassage.co.uk/class-closure-annual-dates.html), otherwise your trial purchase will expire.
Tower classes have a maximum of 8 participants and are suitable for people of all ages, shapes and sizes, males and females and anyone who would like to improve their core strength and stability, flexibility, posture and generally enhance the way they look, feel and move. These classes are suitable for those with back or neck pain, or equally suitable for those who just want to increase their fitness and wellbeing.
If you decide to continue with our classes after your trial, it will be necessary to set up a Direct Debit of £46.66 per month (incl.VAT) for which we can send you a link. You will then get one Tower Apparatus class per week, with access to all of our classes via our online ClassSwap portal to enable you to swap days/times around to a different class from week to week to suit your schedule. Any class credits accrued via our ClassSwap portal will expire after 10 weeks. Once your Direct Debit is set up you will be eligible for a FREE 30min Nutritional Consultation with our partnered nutritionist, and a half price 1:1 Pilates session if desired - further details will be given with your class confirmation. Please note that when the Tower Apparatus teacher is absent for a week or two, a Matwork Pilates teacher will be brought in to cover, and therefore a matwork class will take place during this timeslot for that period instead.
