Movement & Mindfulness - 3 Week Course (6:00pm Fridays 7th-21st June 2024)

Relieve anxiety and stress through movement, breathing techniques and Pilates-based full-body mobilisation. You will leave feeling refreshed, energised and calmer, ready for the weekend.

This course is designed for Adults but is also suitable for Adolescents over 14 years old who may be suffering from exam related stress. A mat and all equipment is provided for you.
