Adults 3 Week Beginner Parkour Course

Want to try parkour but don't know where to start? Why not try our new 3-week adult beginner course?! 

This  three-week course will act as a brilliant way to get started in parkour and freerunning and will consist of one class each week on Wednesday from 7.35-8.35 pm.

We cover the foundation movements for absolute beginners of the sport. In the course you'll learn how to perform:

- How to land safely

- The basics of vaulting

- Cat leaps/arm jumps (jumping to a wall)

- How to climb up and wall run

- How to create a route or line

 

This three-week course is the perfect way to get out of the house, try something new, and see if parkour/freerunning is for you!


What You Need:

A Pair of Trainers (Preferably Rubber Soled!)

A bottle of Water

Comfortable Clothing to Move In!
