DSL Ballet Level 2 (4 Week Block)
This class will run as a 4 week block, creating a class 'bubble,' also allowing you to work on steps and routines over the 4 weeks.
Suitable for those who have previously studied Ballet (recommended Grade 3 /4 or above), with a good grasp of basics, who want to work at a faster pace and more intricate combinations. It is advised that you are familiar with steps such as, glissades, jetes, sissonnes, arabesque and attitude lines, pirouettes, balances, full plie in all positions.
Ballet is a great way to keep fit and tone your body, whilst also strengthening and increasing muscle flexibility.
You will not be allowed to enter the studio for any classes or bookings if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus. If anyone within your household is displaying symptoms please stay at home.
If you are unable to attend due to suspected coronavirus a credit note to the value of that class (and the subsequent week if required to allow for a 14 day isolation period) will be issued to your account.
Please note in the event of an accident or medical emergency, any treatment that is required will take precedence over maintaining social distancing.
