One of the safest and most effective forms of exercises during pregnancy, Pilates helps you to stay strong & fit and prepares your body for birth. Pilates helps with all of the conditions associated with pregnancy, including reduced aches and pains, improved posture, circulation and well-being and strengthening the pelvic floor prepares the body for a smooth prenatal phase and birth. Exercising during pregnancy will enable you to recover quicker after the birth, as well as prepare you for the physical demands of motherhood.

Bring a mat, overball and theraband plus a bottle of water and get ready to tone and strengthen!
