Coach Collesso Basic Studio Membership is a 4-class pack.
Includes 4 x 45 minute timetabled small group PT classes per month, saving you around £146 each month (based on an average £50 hourly PT fee) plus member benefits:

✨ Enhanced Registration Policy: Register for classes up to 31 days in advance (Casual drop-in class registration opens 7 days in advance)
✨ Enhanced Cancellation Policy. Members enjoy a relaxed cancellation window compared to casual drop-in clients (24 hours): Early Cancellations: You may cancel a booked class up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Grace Exception: Members are allocated one "Grace Late Cancel" per calendar month. This allows for one cancellation within the 6-hour window without financial penalty, resetting on the 1st of each month. (Unused grace passes do not roll over)

Limited amount of memberships available, offered on a first come first served basis. To ensure all 6 spots in our boutique space are fully utilised, we are moving to a fully automated self-serve system on the Coach Collesso App. All class changes and extra bookings must be done directly through the member app. We can no longer manually swap or credit classes over text or email.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to access 4 x 45 minute classes offered by the business at the Coach Collesso Studio location, Old School, Cawdor, IV12 5BL. You may book into higher value classes using one of your class credits plus paying the difference at your memberships discounted rate. Coach Collesso Studio Members receive complimentary Teas/Coffees at the location. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. This membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
Classes are subject to availability & this membership does not guarantee you a spot in class. Bookings must be completed online/via the app in advance. The business accepts no responsibility for any classes missed, unless cancelled by the business or venue. In which case a voucher/class credit will be offered. No refunds will be offered if you do not use all classes within the month and class credits do not roll over to the next month. Once limit is reached you will need to purchase extra classes if planning to attend more than 4 per month. You are not permitted to hoard classes and book months worth of classes in advance. Bookings open 7 days prior to class start time.
