Yoga for Complete Beginners Workshop - Yoga, Meditation and Breathing 2 - 4pm

This 2 hour workshop will break down the main postures you would usually encounter in an all level vinyasa flow class.

Perfect for anyone completely new to yoga as well as people that want to revisit the basics.

What to expect:
Breathing exercises to help you calm and de-stress
Learning how to sit comfortably in meditation
Meditation practice
A breakdown of the fundamental postures you would encounter in an open/all level Vinyasa class
Finishing with a restorative yoga session (lying over bolsters in a fully supported way) to finish leaving you feeling relaxed and happy

Plus:
We wont take it too seriously, expect to have a giggle!
Herbal teas and biscuits.
