Belly dancing for beginners - A 6 week course starting Sunday 16th April until 28th May
In this beginner course we will explore the core foundations of belly dance movements, working on a balance of soft fluid movement and powerful isolations. Learn how to control muscles you never knew you had as you build a strong mind-to-muscle connection.
Each week you will learn basic techniques and short combinations to work towards completing a short and fun choreography.
The format of this course is 4 x Sundays - 1 x week off (Sunday 14th May) - 2 x Sundays finishing Sunday 28th May
Belly dance is a great way to express yourself and a fun way to exercise!
Suitable for all beginners and those who want to work on their foundations.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Option to bring a hip wrap or scarf to tie around your hips.
