Then this course is perfect for you!
Lost in Yoga is excited to announce their next Pilates for Beginners course every Saturday from 1pm - 2pm starting 26th October 2019. This will be our last pilates course for 2019.
This is a 6 week course aimed at absolute beginners and for anyone who has done some pilates but is a little out of practice. A perfect introduction or refresher.
The course is open to absolutely anyone, even those with injuries. Each week will focus on a different Pilates fundamental (breath, alignment, posture, flexibility - though these will be considered in every class. These classes will improve your core strength, mobility, and provide the space for you to give back to your body.
The 6 week course is usually £90 however, we are currently offering an early bird discount with the course for just £60
You can also pay per class at £13 per class, although we would recommend doing the whole course as each week builds on the previous one.

About your teacher:
Ellie moved to London 4 years ago and started working as a personal trainer and pilates instructor, she loved it so much that she stayed and is now studying to become a chiropractor whilst teaching full time.
She is passionate about helping people understand, get the best out of and love their bodies :)
