A lovely relaxing 2 hour yoga posture and breathing workshop with Katrin

This month's theme is "Freeing the breath" and will bring you back to your natural and undisturbed inhales and exhales to regain a full experience of the present moment. The focus is on simplicity.

Why attend?
Through our western lifestyle, the breath has become restricted and shallow. We often feel stressed or overwhelmed with daily challenges. By returning to our inbuilt expansive breathing, we deal with the core of our stress response and this can have a positive impact on all layers of our body and mind. WOW - isn't it fascinating that the best things in life are sometimes so simple?! Just breathing!? Fully and deeply breathing can be life-changing, giving you a clearer sense of who you are and the possibility to rest in your centre continuously.

Format:
The workshop will include mantra, an explorative enquiry to breathe in asana practice, supine breathing techniques and finishing with a guided deep relaxation.

Who is it for?
This workshop is best suited for people with some experience in yoga who would like to dive into the subtler levels of the practice or who simply have a curiosity to explore their breath potential.
