Yoga for Complete Beginners - A 5 week Introduction Course - In studio from 28th May

Lost in Yoga is excited to announce our Yoga for Complete Beginners course, running every Thursday from 7.45pm–8.45pm, starting Thursday 28th May.

This 5-week course is designed for absolute beginners, as well as anyone returning to yoga after some time away. Whether you’re completely new or looking for a gentle refresher, this is the perfect place to start.

Each week, we’ll explore foundational yoga postures with an emphasis on moving slowly and mindfully, connecting breath with movement throughout the practice. Rather than focusing on “getting it right,” we encourage curiosity, self-acceptance, and learning at your own pace in a supportive environment.

Classes will be gentle, grounding, and adaptable for all bodies. You’ll also be introduced to simple breathing techniques to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and encourage relaxation.

Expect to leave feeling more connected, relaxed, and uplifted, both physically and emotionally.

Spaces are limited and this course tends to book up quickly, so we recommend booking early.
