Turn your pole work upside down....

6 weeks beginners pole experience: If unsure, please ask the office

Core conditioning, active flexibility, and flexibility for basic inversion techniques, twisted crucifix, outside leg hang with safe entry and exit points.

We will also be looking at Roll Downs and inversion alternatives as well as ending in a stretch session to improve your straddle.
