A blissful evening of therapeutic physical and psychological practices to address key issues, such as anxiety or poor sleep, that are heightened in times of stress.

Do you want to know what peace of mind feels like? Perhaps you remember what it used to feel like to take a full breath without it getting caught in the centre of your chest.

If you are caught in the 'busy' trap, with a mind and body that is always on the go, then come and let me help you learn simple techniques to stop.

Please note that this is not a 'workout' workshop. This is an opportunity to 'work-in' and put the 'mind' back into your mind-body practice. A place to be supported in your mental wellbeing, so that you can feel calm, feel rested and return to engaging fully with the joy in your life.

If you want to learn holistic approaches to handling anxiety, stress or issues with sleep then come join the 'calm club'.

In small groups of 7 people, your individual needs will be heard and your breath will be supported. This is the workshop for you.
