Join us for a special festive evening combining gentle Reformer Pilates, creativity and Christmas cheer.
We’ll begin the evening with a gentle Reformer Pilates class at Move & Form Pilates Studio, giving you the chance to move, stretch and unwind.
After the class, we’ll head over to Giles Gallery, where you’ll get creative with a festive watercolour bauble painting session. Paint your own unique bauble to take home and enjoy a drink and some delicious nibbles while you create.
