Rest tired bodies, Still busy minds....

These evening classes offer an opportunity for deep relaxation to restore and renew the nervous system and replenish often exhausted and tired bodies. The perfect way to start your weekend.

Ling's dubbed 'The Three Jewels' in Yoga, combining sound resonance with Yin yoga encouraging longer holds in the body to release deep connective tissue. Followed by Restorative poses that promotes deep rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Experience Nada Yoga (Yoga of sound) the resonance of the hand-crafted singing bowls wash over you as they are being melodically played to help ease your mind as you release into your body often guided by Yoga Nidra.

Ling will lead these sessions, sharing her extensive knowledge from training with Judith Lasatar in Restorative Yoga and Norman Blair in advanced Yin to help facilitate deep release and true relaxation using meditation and other techniques such as Yoga Nidra and Sound resonance with Himalayan Singing Bowls having trained with masters from the Himalyas in Nepal.

Each session will be unique and will be a wonderful gift for your self at the end of your week on a Friday evening to relax and renewed to enjoy a wonderful weekend ahead.

If you have any semi-precious stones (lose or in jewellery) which you'd like cleansed and positively charged by the resonance of full moon singing bowls - then do bring them along and feel free to place them around the bowls on the centre-piece.

All props and blankets are provided. However, you may like to bring a warm pair of socks, fleece top (esp. during colder months) and or shawl you're fond of to snuggle up in for extra added comfort.
