Evening unwind for shoulders, hips and twists - setting you right after a day spent sitting at a desk or standing on your feet

At the end of a long day, find some time to reconnect with yourself in this class. We will ease into our practice and slowly build momentum to unwind tight neck muscles and shoulders while freeing up stiff hips as we go. Juicy twists will help to reset the back body and rinse out the day. If you spend long hours sitting at your desk or standing on your feet, this class will encourage any tension that has accumulated in the body to melt away. The session will culminate with a little yoga nidra, or yoga sleep, a guided practice in which you enter a state somewhere between being awake and being asleep. You will leave feeling calm, ready for some sweet sleep and feeling refreshed for the rest of the week ahead.

Online Class

For the duration of the restrictions in accordance with Government guidelines we will be offering our classes on line through Zoom - we have found this to be a great platform to also be able to connect with our students and them with us.
