Pilates Plus


These online classes 3 times weekly, are designed to be an accessible and achievable way for you to increase the benefits of your regular in person Pilates classes, with a focus on strength.

Using hand weights, overballs and selection of resistance bands, is recommended once you feel you ready to add more strength to your workouts.  The most important part is to show up to class (live or via the recording), 2-3 times weekly! Once you make this a non negotiable part of your week, good things will happen! Please always do be respectful of how you are feeling on the day. An important part of getting the full value from your Pilates practice, is knowing when to modify an exercise, when to do less repetitions or put down the weights. There will be lots of guidance as to how to do these exercises, with a focus on good alignment; good alignment being the foundation for maximum strength gain. However, particularly in an online setting, the ultimate responsibility will be with you to make the right calls for your body, on any individual day.

These sessions are at 7.30am live every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Each live class recording will then be available to view again from later that same day, and for the next 12 weeks, in the ‘on demand’ area.

You will receive an email each class day, to your inbox, with a link for the class that day. Please note that you can also get into the class by going into your Team Up account and picking up the link from your registrations.

This is a 52 weeks a year programme of classes! Please note that there will be times throughout the year when  I am not able to teach the class live that day. On these occasions, I will create a video and ensure it is in your inbox that morning, so that you will be able to stick to your 7.30am routine (I know you want to;) and watch the new video for that day. I will let you know ahead of time, if this is going to be the case.

Please ensure you have both Team Up and Zoom open on the device that you are doing the class on.

This class is a rolling monthly commitment. You are free to take a break at any time, just hit cancel in your account. And you are free to come back again of course!

    Terms and conditions
    This payments and plans bills every month. The first payment is due on the payments and plans's start date. This payments and plans entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this payments and plans. Unless otherwise noted, this payments and plans is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the payments and plans.
