A practical workshop for Pilates teachers exploring the art of cueing.

We’ll look at how your choice of words, tone, timing and positioning can help clients understand a movement and feel more confident in their practice. We’ll also explore thoughtful hands-on guidance, with consent.

This course is suitable for qualified and trainee Pilates instructors. As it is a bespoke course, all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
