£50.00 per month—Bills one cycle at a time with no commitment.
This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership, class bookings, or event registrations are non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Please book your classes through our online timetable at https://www.method-training.co.uk/timetable. Classes are open to all members and booked on a ‘first come, first served basis. Membership does not guarantee the use of a specific class time.

*Membership Amendments*
Membership payments will be charged automatically each month on the 1st (first) of the month. Unless otherwise stated.
The initial payment will be prorated for a partial month, as necessary, calculated as (number of days remaining in the month)/(monthly fee).
If you wish to change your billing date you can do so by logging into your account and amend the monthly billing date, otherwise, contact admin@method-training.co.uk and we can assist you with this.

*Membership Hold Policy*
All members have the option to put their membership on hold. The hold period can be no less than one month.
A monthly retainer fee of £15 will be charged during the hold period. This fee retains your membership place if we hit full capacity. The total amount of the retainer fee taken will be deducted from your first billing amount upon your return.
The hold notice period for your membership is 14 days. You must confirm your hold with the administration staff who will begin the 14-day notice period from the date the confirmation email is received. We cannot process pro-rated payments when payment for the next billing cycle has been processed or received.

Upon expiration of the term of the hold, the member’s account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.

*Annual Inflation Increase*
The membership fee will increase by 2.5%, on January 1st annually, to cover inflation. The business will not give prior notice to this 2.5% increase. If we need to increase prices to a different rate, we will give the customer prior notice.

*Membership Cancellation Policy*
We require 30 days notice for membership cancellation.
You must confirm your request by completing and submitting the membership cancellation request form at https://www.method-training.co.uk/membership-cancellation. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation request as required in this membership agreement.
Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
Without exception, we do not process full refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated refunds when payment for the next billing cycle has been received.
Please note, if you cancel your membership and look to return in the future, you will be subject to any membership price increases.
