CrossFit Northumbria's Introduction to CrossFit Course - January 2017

Course Price - £60

A series of four sessions over one month to introduce beginners to CrossFit. Held every Saturday at 12:00pm till 1pm this is the perfect route into safe and effective functional training.

Each session will be one hour of movement tuition, skill work and then a short workout to implement the skills learnt. The course also gives advice on nutrition, flexibility and body maintenance.

On completion participants will receive a free CrossFit Northumbria T-Shirt
