Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for One-on-One Personal Training:

Purchase of One-on-One Personal Training Sessions: By purchasing one-on-one personal training sessions, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Session Scheduling: One-on-one personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance with your personal trainer. Your trainer will work with you to find a mutually convenient time for your sessions.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 18 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 18 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged for the session.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide notice of cancellation at least 18 hours in advance, you will be charged for the session.

Session Duration: One-on-one personal training sessions are typically 60 minutes in duration. Your personal trainer may adjust the duration of your sessions based on your individual needs and goals.

Safety and Responsibility: You are responsible for informing your personal trainer of any physical or health conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the training sessions. Your personal trainer will provide safe and appropriate exercises, but it is your responsibility to follow their instructions and not to engage in any exercises that you feel are beyond your abilities.

Payment Terms: Payment for one-on-one personal training sessions must be made in advance. If you have purchased a package of sessions, you agree to use the sessions within a specified time frame, as determined by your personal trainer.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be given for purchased one-on-one personal training sessions.

Liability Waiver: By participating in one-on-one personal training sessions, you assume all risks associated with the training and release the trainer and the training facility from any and all liabilities.
