The First Spark: 6 week Introductory pole Course

This six week beginner course is designed specifically for those who are completely new to pole - No experience required, Just curiosity and a willingness to begin! 

Running consecutively over 6 weeks, this structured course introduces all of the essential fundamentals needed to build a strong, confident foundation for your pole journey. 

You'll learn core pole skills, basic spins, holds, transitions and foundational strength and technique, always with a strong emphasis on safety, body awareness, and correct execution. 

Each week builds on the last, allowing you to develop consistency, confidence, and muscle memory at a steady and supportive pace!
