The Constantine Wellness Festival is a one-day gathering bringing together the very best of our local movement, wellbeing and creative businesses — all under one roof at the Tolmen Centre.
Expect a welcoming atmosphere, (pre-booked) small-group movement sessions, creative workshops, enriching talks, treatments, nourishing food and space to connect.
What your £25 ticket includes:
• One pre-booked movement class (limited spaces)
• Lunch from Potager Garden
• Access to all talks, workshops and makers
Additional massage treatments may be bookable directly with practitioners on the day.

Terms and Conditions
🌿 Constantine Wellness Festival – Terms & Conditions
1. General
By purchasing a ticket for the Constantine Wellness Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The event will take place on Sunday 17th May 2025 at the Tolmen Centre, Constantine, from 10:00am – 4:00pm.
2. Tickets
• Each ticket includes:
One pre-booked movement class
Lunch from Potager Garden
Access to workshops, talks, makers and the wider event
• Movement classes have limited capacity and must be booked in advance.
• Additional classes may be purchased separately (subject to availability).
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior agreement.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
• Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us in advance.
• In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled or postponed, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Changes to Schedule
• The event schedule, classes, practitioners and timings are subject to change.
• We will always aim to communicate any significant changes in advance.
5. Health & Participation
• By attending, you confirm that you are fit and able to take part in physical activity.
• You participate in all classes and activities at your own risk.
• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or concerns before participating.
• The organisers and instructors accept no liability for injuries sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence.
6. Treatments & Third-Party Services
• Some services (e.g. massage or treatments) may be provided by independent practitioners.
• Any bookings or payments made directly with practitioners are their responsibility.
7. Food & Dietary Requirements
• Lunch is provided by Potager Garden.
• Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies where possible.
• While every effort will be made to accommodate requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Personal Belongings
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
• The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage.
9. Photograph
• Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know on arrival.
10. Respectful Environment
• This is a community-led event. We ask all attendees to behave respectfully towards others, practitioners and the space.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving inappropriately.
