Would you like to improve your running form, technique, posture, cadence and confidence? Our 6 week running skills course will allow you to increase your knowledge about running, practice regularly and improve at your own pace.

The course will cover:
Week 1 - Posture, 1km time test for baseline fitness measure
Week 2 - Speed endurance
Week 3 - Cadence
Week 4 - Footstrike
Week 5 - Running propulsion
Week 6 - Posture rethink, 1km time retest, technique review
