A NEW freestyle squad refresher course at Oxford Park Club to tune up your freestyle technique and get you back into regular swim training. This will be a cross between an improver course and a squad session with 2 coaches on hand so you get lots of individual feedback on your stroke technique.
£149 for the full 6 week course. Spaces are limited to 8 people. This session is suitable for swimmers who can swim 1'50/100m or faster.
