Would you like to improve your running form, technique, posture, cadence and confidence? Our 6 week running skills course will allow you to increase your knowledge about running, practice regularly and improve at your own pace. This course is for women only.

The course will cover:
Week 1 - Posture, 1km time test for baseline fitness measure
Week 2 - Speed endurance
Week 3 - Cadence
Week 4 - Footstrike
Week 5 - Running propulsion
Week 6 - Posture rethink, 1km time retest, technique review
