Our personal open water sessions will help you feel more confident getting your face in the water and dealing with this new environment. You'll learn how to sight properly and swim in a straight line. You'll improve your technique while your coach paddles next to you in a kayak. You'll be taught how to prevent zig zagging in your races, which can sometimes add 10-20% to your total swimming distance! Suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced swimmers looking for the edge over your competitors, there's always a way to get faster!

Seeing yourself swimming from a range of different angles and then having your stroke praised and constructively critiqued by Annie is a liberating experience.

She’ll identify the great elements of your stroke already there and the stroke faults which you need to work on, whether its holding your breath, arm crossovers, sinky legs, inefficient catch mechanics, overkicking or overgliding.  We use a high quality HD underwater camera to film you from a range of different angles above and below the water, in your own lane in a swimming pool, leaving no stone unturned!  

Video analysis is a superb way to identify key areas to improve your stroke efficiency and help you to see how you need to improve. You'll take home a recorded analysis to watch again and help it all sink in!

This will revolutionise the way you swim and seriously improve your swimming performance in just one expert session. 

If you're travelling quite a distance or are taking time off work, we recommend the 2 hour video analysis option.
