Group Fitness Training is high energy, high intensity classes, designed for the ultimate workout. This workout will leave you feeling invigorated. We welcome both men and women of all abilities, exercises are tailored and coached to your ability. No sessions is the same with 5 differently themed sessions.

Sessions currently take place every Monday @ 6pm, Tuesday @ 7pm and Thursday @ 7pm from our Wavertree facility

Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 30 days.
Our 30 Day Trial lets you experience our unique gym culture and expert coaching for yourself.
There is no commitment and flexible training times to suit your schedule.

As a member you will benefit from a one to one full Body composition assessment and movement screening.
x2 Personal Training sessions a week and you will be able to attend our Group Fitness Classes.
Following the assessment we will create a personalised training and nutrition plan, which you will work through with your expert coach.
As an added feature you will receive a copy of our Welcome Booklet

At the end of the 30 days you will know whether you would like to become a member and which membership will be best for you. There is no commitment.

Small Group Personal Training is our most popular membership choice. It is like One to One Training, only with the added benefit of working with up to 3 others at one time. Plus it doesn't break the break, as its cheaper than traditional methods. Our members achieve some results using this format as the friendly competitive nature pushes you to work harder and exercises are still tailored to your individual capabilities. All whilst enjoying the friendly community focused environment.

As a member you will benefit from:

* x3 Small Group Personal Training sessions a week (choose from 8 sessions a day)
* Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
* A copy of our LIVFIT Welcome Manual
