Legacy client Bumps & Dumbbells membership. 

Entitles member to 1 x weekly Bumps & Dumbbells session only.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.


    Optimising Female Health Coaching TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. All memberships start from the date of payment and sign up, not the first booked coached session (unless otherwise agreed).
    2. There is a 3 month minimum contract commitment (however, we do understand that circumstances during and after pregnancy can change and if you are told by a medical professional / midwife that you should cease exercise, the minimum term will be waived).
    3. The 3 month minimum membership contract length cannot be deferred to a future start date once the contract has begun.
    4. All face-face coached sessions are booked in advance. Given Bumps & Dumbbells is a pre and post natal specific programme, your sessions will be in the allocated time slots for B&D, but in the event you cannot make those times, you may be granted access to join another small group session under Optimising Female Health Ltd (this is dependant on space availability and not guaranteed).
    5. If you wish to swap to another slot on a given week you must give minimum 12 hours advance notice and select from the other available time slots. We will endeavour to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee your first choice will be available.
    6. Cancellations of individual sessions by client do not incur refunds/credit. Use of our hybrid system including; the flexible face-face timetable and the online coaching programmes through our coaching app has you fully covered and is expected as and when required.
    7. If you need to cancel a booked session, you must do so 12 hours prior to the session to allow other members on a waiting list to have the chance to attend. 3 or more cancelled sessions with less than 12 hours notice per month will incur session booking limits going forwards.
    8. In the case of client sickness/injuries, holidays or work trips where you cannot attend sessions for more than one week, there will be the option to carry over the following:
    a) Up to 2 sessions per month. They will need to be used in available slots and means doing 2 sessions a week for 2 weeks.
    You must request your carry over sessions by emailing your coach (suzi@optimisingfemalehealth.com).
    9. During coach’s holidays, illness/sickness, or last minute unforeseen circumstances the timetable may need to be modified by:
    a. Increasing the max number of participants per session.
    b. Reducing the weekly available face-face sessions for a short period of time.
    c. Increasing the sessions and plans available on online coaching app
    d. Cancelling sessions.
    9. You will be given at least 14 days notice of coach holiday timetable amendments, including coach’s holiday.
    10. Certain bank holidays and holiday seasons (such as Christmas) with effect the timetable of sessions. This will be communicated a minimum of 14 days in advance.
    11. Refunds and Cancellations policy a. We do not offer refunds.
    b. When agreeing to a 3 month contract, you are agreeing to paying the fees agreed for that term. If you wish to cancel/stop part way through the contract you are still expected to pay for the agreed term.
    12. At the end of the minimum contract, you will automatically continue on a rolling monthly direct debit until you wish to cancel.
    13. When you wish to cancel, you must give one full calendar month’s notice.

    14. If you wish to freeze your membership (in the event of long travels, injuries etc), you can freeze for 1 month up to 3 months, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to book back on to the same time slot when you unfreeze.
    15. In the event of long travels and you wish to freeze, please provide one calendar month’s notice. Freezing due to injuries or other exceptional circumstances requires notifying us as soon as possible, but note it is recommended to continue training around most injuries, we will endeavour to adapt the training to accommodate.
    16. Any time under a membership freeze does not count towards the minimum agreed 3 month term.
    17. All knowledge and tools are provided for you to use, the owner does not guarantee results and certain progress to be made as this is based on your adherence to the tools and knowledge provided throughout.
    18. You agree that any photos or videos from within the sessions can be used on social media platforms (without direct tagging, unless otherwise agreed on the day).
    19. All educational content provided in the online portal is the intellectual property of Optimising Female Health Ltd and you are prohibited from sharing.
