Bookings are final but may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours are not permitted. URT is an outdoor concept and classes proceed in various weather conditions. In case of rain, the session will automatically be converted into a mat Pilates class. Weather is not considered a valid reason for late cancellation. If URT cancels a class due to safety or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
