Innerhalb von 6 Monaten können die 40 Trainings flexibel eingesetzt werden.  Das Abo wird nur bei ärztlich bestätigter Trainingsunfähigkeit von mindestens 4 Wochen gestoppt. Kunden können sich bis 24 Stunden vor Beginn eines gebuchten Trainings kostenfrei abmelden. Erfolgt die Abmeldung später, wird die Einheit unabhängig von der Teilnahme vom Abo abgezogen.
