This package offers 4 sessions with Head Coach Al. Highly trained & experienced in both BJJ, Close Combat, teaching & coaching. Once purchased just book on to the available slots within the schedule. If you would prefer, then you can bring a training partner although the session will be focused on your development over theirs. Naturally they will benefit from the session regardless. 24 hours notice must be given if you choose to cancel a booked session.
