This plan offers unlimited access to all grappling classes, weekly injury prevention classes, plus a once monthly BJJ 121, Self Protection 121 or Sports Massage/Therapy advice for injury management. These can be booked by yourself into the available slots.

Where other fitness focused classes are available you will also have access to these at a reduced rate!

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
