Mobility and recovery with Marie Dipple

A recovery-focused yoga and mobility session designed to help you move better, recover better, and feel better between training sessions.

Led by Marie Dipple from Elemental Yoga, this class combines mobility, stability, controlled movement, stretching, breathing, and restorative recovery work to support your training and overall wellbeing.

This session is ideal if you train regularly, feel stiff or tight, want to improve movement quality, or simply need time to slow down and reset.

You do not need to be flexible or experienced with yoga. Everything can be adapted to suit your level.
