Once per week, coached “learn to lift” class. Built to take complete beginners (or rusty lifters) and get you training confidently.

Includes

  • 1 coached session per week for 4 weeks

  • Teaching + practice of the main patterns (squat/hinge/push/pull/bracing)

  • Technique coaching, setup, confidence on equipment

  • Simple take-home pointers for what to practise between sessions
