Fit In 42

Fit in 42 is a 6-week coaching block designed to get you consistent with training, steps, and nutrition without overcomplicating it. You’ll train in coached small-group sessions, follow simple weekly rules, and build habits that actually stick.

What’s involved

  • 3 coached sessions per week (structured training, scaled for all levels)

  • Daily step target: 8,000–10,000

  • Nutrition rules that keep you on track and remove decision fatigue

  • Support and accountability throughout the 6 weeks (optional tracking via Trainerize if you want it)

The rules (Fit in 42)

  • Complete at least 3 workouts per week set for you

  • Hit 8,000–10,000 steps daily

  • Eat 30–50g protein per meal

  • 1 treat/off-plan meal per week (that’s it)

  • Drink mostly water (diet drinks / squash allowed)

  • No alcohol

  • No sweets, chocolate, or crisps

  • No dairy, pasta, or bread (only dairy allowed: 0% Greek yogurt and whey protein)

  • No carbs after 6pm (you can still eat after 6pm, just keep it protein + veg/salad based)

  • Snacks allowed: whole foods like fruit/berries

This is ideal if you want structure, accountability, and a clear plan to follow for 6 weeks.
