1 DAY INTENSIVE FOUNDATION COURSE SUNDAY 10:00-12:30
This is a 2 1/2 hour 1 day intensive foundation course, carefully designed to cover all basics of CrossFit for what you need to know before moving onto a regular CrossFit classes.
The class will be taken at a level for everyone and anyone, so no need to worry about current fitness levels.
Plenty of breaks have also been included in this time frame to give you time to replenish before moving onto the next section of the course.
What you need to bring/wear:
-General gym atire (optional spare top if you are particularly sweaty)
-Water bottle, (refills can be done in the gym)
-Snacks (protein bars can be purchased in house if you forget to bring anything)
-Suitable trainers for indoor training
-A good attitude and plenty of banter
