A monthly membership so you can do 8 classes with us every week!

The membership includes 32 classes to use each month plus and extra 4 bonus open training sessions, extra classes can be purchased as bolt-ons for £9 per additional class. These can be purchased via the store, you will then need to contact us aerialempireleeds@gmail.com to have these added to your account.
You will also be added to our Whatsapp community group so that you get early bird access to workshops, events and other goodies like discounts and flash sales. Please note this group is closed and private so your number will not be shared with members. If you would prefer not to be added please let us know when purchasing.

Please read the T&Cs carefully before purchasing. This is a direct debit membership and requires 28 days cancellation notice following an initial 3 month minimum agreement.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.


    T&Cs
    1. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
    2. Unused classes at the end of each membership month cannot be rolled over into the next month
    3. 24 hours cancellation policy applies to classes booked with the memberships
    4. In the event of a class you have booked on to being cancelled and this meaning you are unable to use your class allocation within your membership month, you will be able to roll forward your class or receive a refund for one class. Please email aerialempireleeds@gmail.com to request this. Please note if you are not booked on to the class when it is cancelled, you will not be entitled to a refund/roll forward.
    5. Members who fail to make an agreed membership payment, when given a reasonable opportunity to do so, will forfeit their membership and any privileges/credit earned to that point.
    6. Offers and incentives made by Aerial Empire Leeds at the commencement of new memberships will only be offered to new members. Should a member cancel or freeze their membership they forego their right to future offers upon re-establishing their membership.
    7. All customers starting a new monthly membership must agree to an initial 3 month membership agreement (3 billing cycles) i.e. there is an initial 3 month commitment period.
    8. Cancellation of a monthly membership must be done in writing to aerialempireleeds@gmail.com
    9. 28 days notice prior to the billing date is required for a monthly membership cancellation (and providing the initial commitment period is complete). Notice periods for all monthly membership cancellations begin on the first day written notice is received via email. Members are encouraged to continue to attend classes throughout their notice period. The 28 days notice period is referring to active membership days e.g. if you have frozen your membership, the frozen time period does not count towards the notice period.
    10. Memberships will start on the date of purchase and the recurring payments will be taken monthly from this date. i.e. if your initial payment is the 12th then every payment thereafter will be the 12th
    11. A failed payment fee of £12 will be payable for any returned direct debit payment requests.
    12. Aerial Empire Leeds reserves the right to cancel any membership without notice, and seek to recover missed payments, should a direct debit be cancelled prior to the 28 day notice period or completion of the initial 3 month agreement.
    13. Members must book onto their classes online using the TeamUp app/website. Failure to schedule into a class could result in not being able to participate in the session.
    14. Any upgrade or downgrade to your existing membership requires 14 days written notice prior to your billing date to aerialempireleeds@gmail.com. Changes in membership tiers can only occur once every 3 months e.g. if you upgrade in January and you then wish to downgrade again, you would need to wait until April to change your tier again. Note: a change in membership tier does not affect your 3 month initial commitment period i.e. the 3 month initial commitment period for monthly memberships will run from the date you took out your original monthly membership not the date of the upgrade/downgrade.
    The 14 days notice period prior to your billing date for upgrade/downgrades refers to active membership days i.e. if you have frozen your membership, the frozen time period does not count towards the notice period.
    15. You can freeze your membership for the minimum of 1 month up to a maximum of 3 months once per year. During this time all membership payments will be paused. A minimum of 14 days written notice is required for all membership freezes. Members will receive confirmation in writing that their membership freeze has been approved.
    Membership freeze requests should be made in writing to aerialempireleeds@gmail.com and must include the following information:
    • Reason for the proposed freeze
    • Start and end dates of the proposed freeze
    Days during an approved membership freeze do not count towards the notice periods required for cancellations or upgrades/downgrades of monthly memberships.
