Ayeshas & Handsprings Course

This course will be focussing on the drills and techniques to help learn the best technique and strengthen your ayeshas and handsprings. You don’t need to be able to do either to do the course but if you’ve started working on sayesha already it will obviously help with handsprings. 
We will work on additional grips, entries, exits to build confidence in your hand and grip strength.
 

PRE-REQS (both sides): 10 second D with good form i.e. hips stacked over shoulders & only ankles in connection with the pole, 1 arm spin, 5 second belly to pole handstand
