Learn how the equipment works, Understand what to expect in a class, Ask questions in a comfortable setting, Build confidence before joining
Pay as you go on any of the group classes on our timetable excluding Reformer Pilates and the Hip and Knee Arthritis class
Pay as you go to any Reformer Pilates class available on our timetable
A monthly subscription, giving you 1 class of Reformer Pilates each week. You are able to reoccur book any classes that you love and to ensure a spot in the same class each week. This subscription is limited to Reformer Pilates and you will not be able to book on to the other group classes. a PAYG pass can be purchased if you wish to attend a different type of class
