Online Fit School Pilates

With Online Fit School Pilates, you can join Karen any where, at any time for one of her 10 unique Pilates workouts and sequences.

These short Pilates workouts (between 7 and 15 minutes each) will get your core working, your body moving and your joints mobile.

These sessions are a great way to supplement your regular classes and workouts or to take on work trips or holidays.

As well as video content, Karen has created a booklet with some fantastic information about Pilates, how and why it works and how to get the best out of your workouts.
