A local favourite class, post natal fitness is designed for new mums who want to get back into shape with a moderate to challenging fitness class.

There'll be a combination of heart raising activity, fitness and resistance training exercises with modifications where required.

These are fun and supportive classes where babies are welcome to come and watch (or snooze).

These classes take place at Stonards Hill (the Skate Park). Babies welcome to come along too and join in the fun.
