How to perform pelvic floor exercises and how to build strength and confidence.
PLUS Karen will perform abdominal checks, you’ll get to meet other new parents in the area* and you’ll get mini exercise sessions to fit in at home, on your own.
The course is run by Karen Laing, post natal expert with 15+ years experience as a pre and post natal exercise and Pilates instructor and women’s health writer.
