Terms and Conditions
Class passes are valid for the stated period when purchased and must be used within that time period. Class passes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Class Bookings
Classes must be booked online and can be done so 14 days in advance and up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you would like a reoccurring booking the Poletics Team can set one up for a particular class time every week.
Class cancellations
Members are responsible for their class bookings and therefore if unable to attend a class they must cancel their place online.
You can cancel classes and rebook into another class up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Cancellations made after the 12 hour period will be incur in the class credit being used.
Failure to cancel your place will result in a no show and your class credit will be used.
In the situation that Poletics Bedford has to cancel a class due to weather/instructor illness or venue issues, you will be refunded your class credit or class pass as a credit on your Go Team Up account to be used for future bookings. We aim to inform you of class cancellation as soon as possible.
