This 6-week introductory course gives you a solid, confidence-building foundation in calisthenics and bodyweight strength training. Led by our expert coaching team at Farnham's only dedicated calisthenics gym.What to expect: Each week builds on the last, covering the core principles, movements, and techniques that underpin calisthenics training.
