Beginner Camp

This 6-week introductory course gives you a solid, confidence-building foundation in calisthenics and bodyweight strength training. Led by our expert coaching team at Farnham's only dedicated calisthenics gym.

What to expect: Each week builds on the last, covering the core principles, movements, and techniques that underpin calisthenics training. Every session focuses on safe progression, proper form, and controlled strength development — fully scaled to your level.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have:

  • A clear understanding of calisthenics fundamentals

  • Improved strength, mobility, and body awareness

  • Confidence using calisthenics equipment and movements

  • A strong foundation to continue into regular classes or open gym training

Details:

  • 6 sessions — Thursdays 19:30–20:30, starting 5th March

  • Small group (max 15) for quality coaching

  • £120 for the full course

  • Location: Functional Fitness Gym, Unit A, Harts Yard, West Street, Farnham GU9 7GZ
