Introduction to Parkour (Adults 18+ Mixed)

A COMPLETELY FREE five-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of Parkour! Funded by BCP Council, we want to get more adults moving around.

Week 1: Vaulting
Week 2: Jumping and Landing
Week 3: Cat leaps and wall runs
Week 4: Balance and Proprioception
Week 5: Vaulting (2)

This is the perfect course to ease a beginner into what we'll be doing at our regular classes!
