Introduction to Parkour for Women (Adults 18+)

A course for women on the fundamentals of Parkour. We are keen to get more adults moving around and with a grant received from BCP Council, spaces on this course are completely free! A six-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of Parkour: Week 1: Jumping and Landing Week 2: Vaulting Week 3: Climbing Week 4: Balance and Proprioception Week 5: Vaulting (2) Week 6: Review This is the perfect course for complete beginners to get to grips with the fundamental elements that make up Parkour. No experience required!
