A course for women on the fundamentals of Parkour.

A six-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of Parkour! This is the perfect course for complete beginners to get to grips with the fundamental elements that make up Parkour. Delivered by Coach Vivien in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. No previous experience required!

Week 4: Balance and Proprioception
Week 5: Movement Challenges
Week 6: Linking movements and route-work
