The 3 x week membership allows the member 13 sessions to use per month.
Any unused sessions are non transferable at the end of the month.

This 3 day pass is for experienced CrossFitters only. It allows you to attend 3 sessions to include WOD class, Connect Carnage, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Aerobic Capacity.

The 5 class pass is for experienced CrossFitters only. It allows you to attend 5 sessions to include WOD class, Connect Carnage, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Aerobic Capacity.
